The songs were created to assist people to create a happier and healthier life through music.  I chose upbeat music and created catchy, intentional, positive affirmations for the lyrics to help empower and shift your mindset to attain our desires. It's not always easy to quiet the background chatter of the mind and stay in alignment with our goals.  The lyrics are based on positive affirmations and love. It's almost impossible to think negatively about something while singing and dancing to music!
