SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the ManifesTunes Gift Shop.  This is our shipping policy.

  • United States shipping time is estimated to be 2-4 weeks. 

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise.

  • We thank you for your patience while your items are delivered. ​

  • Please allow 2-7 days for processing.  Then add 2-5 business days for ground shipping from Arizona. ​

  • International shipping time estimate is 3-4 weeks.

  • Tracking numbers will be made available within 10 days after you have placed an order. 

  • Please be advised once your item has been shipped, your order cannot be modified or cancelled.​

  • Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different dates. ​

  • We will not be held responsible for wrong shipping addresses if we do not have the correct information. 

  • International shipping outside of the USA, please understand that it may take additional time to clear customs, and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.  The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.  You will be responsible for these fees.  Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you, the customer. 

RETURN POLICY

        First, if you need to consider a refund or return, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe               you a “thank you!”

  • We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date, with original packaging and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.  No restocking fees.

  • To cancel an order, please contact ManifesTunes as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@manifestunes.com . If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items back from you.

  • If there is an issue with your product(s) please email us within five days of receiving it and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within seven days of receiving your product.

 

Refund Policy

  • When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • However, please understand that digital products can’t be returned, as there is no way for you to return the product. It remains in your possession indefinitely.
